Here is what we shipped this last week.
Cases
You can now choose whether to show priority labels or just the priority icon on the case list. This gives you a more compact view when you don’t need the full label text spelled out, while still keeping priority visible at a glance. It’s a small display toggle, so no changes to how priority itself is set or used elsewhere.
You can now pin or hide any column in the cases table, including the details column. This gives you more control over what you see in the list view, so you can tailor it to focus on the fields that matter most for your team’s workflow. Pinned columns stay visible as you scroll, and hidden ones can be brought back any time.
Cases and dashboards now stay up to date in background tabs. Tines now only pauses live updates when a tab isn’t visible on screen, rather than when it simply loses keyboard focus — so a tab open on a second monitor keeps refreshing while you work elsewhere. If a tab’s been hidden for a while, or your connection drops and reconnects, case pages, the case list, and dashboards will refresh automatically when you return, with no reload needed.
Change control
You can now rename a brand-new story without going through change control approval. Previously, if your team had change control enabled by default, even naming a new story required the full approval process, just like any other change. Now that only applies once the story has had other changes made — so you can quickly give it a clear name before diving into building.
Storyboard
You can now dock the events panel to the bottom of the storyboard, giving you full control to customize your layout instead of it floating over your canvas. Your preference — docked or floated — is retained, so the panel reopens the way you left it. This builds on the more flexible, draggable events panel shipped back in August.
