AI and search
AI web search is now available in AI Agent actions, Workbench, Workbench for Storyboard, and the App editor, powered by Parallel.ai.
Dashboard improvements
Control time granularity in dashboard charts lets you configure the x-axis granularity for line, stacked bar, MTTR, and MTTA charts. Choose Auto for the best time frame based on your date range, Manual to pick Week or Quarter, or Smart Adjustments to automatically correct choices that create too many or too few data points.
Dashboard draft and edit mode keeps your changes private until you publish. Edit in a draft to add, configure, duplicate, or remove charts, adjust filters, change layout, and update metadata—all with automatic saves—then publish to update the live dashboard or discard to leave it untouched.
Case management
New layout options for the case list give you more control over what you see and how you see it.
Apps
MCP support for Apps means the Tines MCP server now works with Apps, letting you connect your own client to modify, preview, and publish any App you have access to.
Apps for self-hosted are now available on self-hosted environments, using tines-command-runner to power builds with all the same features as cloud Apps.
Share and access Apps via SSO lets viewers sign in through your organization’s identity provider before accessing the app.
Share and access Collections via SSO lets you require SSO authentication to view a collection by choosing Via SSO authentication in the access control menu.
AI models
Fable 5 and Opus 5 from Anthropic are now available in Tines. Claude Opus 5 is a near-frontier model with performance close to Fable 5 at half the price, available to all cloud customers. Claude Fable 5 is Anthropic’s most capable model to date, excelling on long, complex tasks, currently available on US stacks only.
Admin and compliance
Date filtering for Audit logs makes it faster to find the events you’re looking for. Choose from preset ranges, custom date ranges, or custom time periods.
Message banners in self-hosted Tines let you display fixed banners at the top and bottom of the console and on the sign-in page. Set the text and color with environment variables to support screen marking for compliance, label environments, or share persistent notices. Requires Tines v42.5.0 or later.
Self-hosted infrastructure
Hardened foundation for the tines-app image reduces known vulnerabilities by shipping on an ultra-minimal, hardened base OS with only the exact dependencies the application needs. This applies automatically to new deployments and upgrades, including FIPS-compliant environments. Requires Tines v42.4 or later.
