Tines Stories
The AI usage API now lets you see which stories, actions, and people are consuming your AI credits. New dimensions in the AI usage API supports grouping and filtering by story, action, and user, giving you granular visibility into where your AI spend is going and helping you optimize usage across your organization.
AI clients using Tines’ MCP server can now discover, read, and search Records directly, bringing live data and context into AI-assisted experiences while respecting your access permissions. The new capabilities include schema discovery, record retrieval with field selection, field-based filtering and sorting, and broad compatibility with Workbench, 3B, and external MCP clients.
Cases filtering just got faster and more flexible with an improved date and time picker that offers quick presets like Today and Last 7 days, custom relative ranges, precise calendar-based selection, keyboard navigation, and automatic range correction when start dates exceed end dates.
Claude Opus 5.5 is now available in Tines, delivering performance comparable to Fable 5.1 on most tasks while costing 40% less to run than Opus 5—and it’s accessible to all customers, making advanced AI capabilities more cost-effective across your workflows.
OpenAI’s latest GPT-6 models are now available throughout Tines. Introducing GPT-6 Astra, Sol and Luna gives you three options: Astra for the most demanding reasoning and coding tasks, Sol as the new default for everyday complex work, and Luna as the new default for high-volume latency-sensitive tasks, all available through the Tines OpenAI provider or your own API key.
Version 2 of the records API is now live with a new set of read endpoints that are easier to build against and retrieve exactly the data you need. Records API v2: fewer calls, faster searches reduces the number of API calls required and improves search performance, streamlining how you work with your records programmatically.
