How do I make the case for adopting Tines to my organization?

I’m sold on Tines personally, but getting budget and buy-in from leadership is a different challenge. I need to make a business case that speaks to people who care more about ROI and risk reduction than the technical details. Has anyone gone through this process? What arguments landed well, and are there any resources Tines provides that help with the conversation?

The strongest business cases for Tines tend to focus on three things: time saved, risk reduced, and team capacity unlocked. Quantifying how many analyst hours are spent on repetitive tasks like alert triage or ticket creation, then showing how automation reclaims that time, is usually compelling. Even conservative estimates tend to produce impressive numbers.

For risk reduction, the argument is around consistency and speed. Automated workflows respond faster than humans and don’t make copy-paste errors at 2am. That’s a meaningful security outcome worth putting in front of leadership.

Tines also has resources designed to help with this conversation. The Tines Blog includes customer stories and ROI-focused content you can reference or share directly. The Tines Explained series has clear, accessible write-ups that work well for non-technical stakeholders. Starting with the free Community plan also removes the financial risk from the initial conversation, since you can demonstrate value before any budget commitment is needed.

The reality is as well, that if you’re chatting to the Tines team as part of checking out the tool they’ll also be able to help with building the case. They’ll have lots of examples of companies of varying sizes from varying industries that they can draw upon to help build out a case based on others’ success.
