New Workbench action from case page

Hi Team,

Prior we were able to open a workbench in new page with case context and ability to use tools, stories, MCP and Skills.

The new rollout with workbench conversation within the same page it does not have ability to use tools, stories, MCP and Skills.

Can you please share how can we use tools within, stories and skills with the new rollout?

Hi @purnansh

The new Workbench for Cases setup, tools aren’t shared by default anymore - you have to create a preset and manually set “Include this preset in Workbench for Cases” to Read-only or Read & update (it defaults to Hidden). That should get your tools back.
